When on 'Account Home' or 'Edit Login Details' page you see that your email address is not verified, this apparently means that there was an email delivery failure to your address, so we consider your email address to be invalid. You will not receive any email alerts from us until you verify your address.
You can update your email address on 'Account' --> 'Edit Login Details' page and have an email with verification link sent to your new address as a result. Alternatively, you can request a verification letter to your current address on the same page.
Follow the link supplied in the letter to verify your email address.
